Yet another wonderful couple. Katie and Ben and I got together on the east side esplanade for their engagement pictures. They claim to be camera shy, but they fooled me! Thanks for all the laughs guys! Katie and Ben are getting married in November at the beautiful Governor Hotel.

Yee-haw!
Each year, I pack my cowboy hat and my camera gear and head home to Montana to photograph a cattle drive. Russell Country Ridgeriders, Inc. was established in 2003 by three working ranch families with the goal of providing guests with an opportunity to experience an authentic Montana ranching experience in the heart of “God’s Country" (located in Central Montana near Winifred). We had an amazing time under Montana's big sky, whether it was herding cattle, branding, pleasure riding, playing cards, enjoying music, swimming in the Judith river, or stealing a quick nap between rides. The campfire and dutch oven meals were fantastic as always, and the guests were a great crew. To everyone who put this on, thank you for another unforgettable week. Not bad, for a guy with a fear of heights!

My first bridal portrait session!
What is a bridal portrait session?? Well, it's a Texas tradition, and lucky for me, Nicole is fromTexas! Nicole got her hair and make-up done, and put on her dress (which is fabulous!) and we did a fun, artsy, no-rush photo shoot. I was in heaven because I had as much time as I wanted with the bride. Nicole was absolutely stunning as always and Christie from Blush Bridal came along to help out, and the three of us had so much fun running around the Rose Garden. Thanks ladies, see you in a few weeks.
