Shannon and Mark...

exchanged vows at the Rose City Park Presbyterian Church, the same church Shannon's parents were married in and almost the same day. They wrote their own vows, and I admit that I was crying behind my camera. The reception followed at the World Forestry Center, where there were some great toasts, food, drink, music and a lot of loving friends and family. Thank you Shannon and Mark, our best to you!

Su-Wen and Drew...

are just too cute. We did their engagement photos at the Portland Classical Chinese Garden and the waterfront. You can see how much fun they have together, it was hard to catch them not smiling. Their California wedding is quickly approaching, and we can't wait. Thanks guys! See you soon.

Steff and Tom

Steff and Tom had an awesome wedding at the Governor Hotel with great music, food, drink, and friends. Steff is one of the first people I met when I moved to Portland, and she is hilarious! I hadn't had the chance to meet Tom, so it was great to learn what a gem he is, and meet his family who all came over from England. My dear friend Alexis and I were honored to photograph the wedding, even though we had to put up with guests like Katie Jervis, JP and Amy Prutch, Brian and Michelle Shumaker, John and Theresa Valls, Ted Mishima, Soren and Erica Coughlin-Glaser, Randy and Tammy Kepple, and my husband Brad. Actually, all of these awesome photographers have been so influential in my life and work, it was great to be at a wedding with them. I was amazed how many photographers can fit in a photobooth!
Congratulations Steff and Tom! I am so happy for you.

Candace and Michael's day after session

After a late night, Candace and Michael woke up early to stroll down to Sayulita's center for a day after session. We hit the coffee stand first and then walked the streets, which are bright and charming, and also happened to be loaded with locals and tourists for the annual Sayulita days parade. It was great to spend some more time photographing this sweet couple. Thanks again Candace and Michael!
